The Ford F-150

Depending on your specific pickup needs, it'll be fairly easy to know which one works best for you. There are also 6 engines to choose from for the performance you need. We'll cover those in a moment. Every Ford F-150 features a high-strength, military-grade, aluminum-alloy body and high-strength steel frame that results in a best-in-class payload rating. It also means that the Ford F-150 makes tough tasks look easy.
As we mentioned above, there are 6 engines to choose from. The 3.5 L EcoBoost gets 375 horsepower and best-in-class 470 lb-ft of gas torque while the 3.0 L Power Stroke TurboDiesel delivers outstanding performance and capability as well as 8.3 L/100km on the highway. Get best-in-class 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque from the High-Output 3.5 L EcoBoost that is standard in the Raptor and Limited models. There's also the 2.7 L Turbocharged EcoBoost with 325 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque and impressive fuel efficiency, the 5.0 L Ti-VCT V8 with 395 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque as well as available best-in-class payload, and finally the 3.3 L Ti-VCT V6 with 6-speed automatic transmission.
The GMC Sierra 1500
The GMC Sierra has 4 options to choose from including the Sierra Denali with the world's first six-function MultiPro Tailgate that is a proven game-changer on the job site. It's a formidable lineup, to be sure, but let's take a look under the hood.
Like the Ford F-150, the GMC Sierra offers 6 engine options depending on what model you choose. There's the 4.3 L EcoTec3 V6 with 285 horsepower and 305 lb-ft of torque, the 2.7 L Turbo engine with 310 horsepower and 348 lb-ft of torque, a 5.3 L EcoTec3 V8 with 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque, or the same engine with Dynamic Fuel Management technology. A 6.2 L EcoTec3 V8 boasts 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque with Dynamic Fuel Management technology as well. Last but not least, there's the 3.0 L Duramax Turbo-Diesel I6 with 277 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. This Dynamic Fuel Management technology enables the engine to operate on 17 different patterns between 2 and 8 cylinders in order to optimize power delivery and efficiency.
