From a very young age, I spent time with my father in his business, which was located in a tightly-knit Saskatchewan community, and I learned the importance of relationships and putting people first. I watched how he treated and engaged his team, which shaped my perspective that, without great people that are engaged, you can’t accomplish anything.

Our team established “Customer Service Ground Rules”, which helps provide a really clear pathway as to what each of our team members needs to do in order to provide great experiences.
