I had a great experience with the service department. I dropped in at 3pm with an issue that essentially made my truck inoperable in the extreme temperatures we were experiencing at the time. They had me fixed up by 11 the next morning and the bill was well below the quote! All of the employees that I spoke to were very friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely return for service in the future. Thank you everyone. Keep up the great work!

I just had my F150 serviced at River City Ford for a faulty O2 sensor. I was looking at a bill of 550.00 for parts and labour, however I asked them not to do the work. As such I was only planning on paying the diagnostic fee of 145.00. Unfortunately the technician did the work on the truck without my consent. River City advised me of this error, assured me that I would only pay the diagnostic fee as I had not approved the work. I want to thank River City Ford for their honesty and integrity. I greatly appreciate what they did. I only hope the technician doesn't get in too much trouble. Ron Shaw

Everything went very smoothly. The Service Advisor was very professional and knowledgeable. He called and said my vehicular was ready mid afternoon exactly as he said he would. He Said he would send a shuttle to pick me up. It took an hour for the shuttle to arrive. That would be my only complaint. A minor one. Thanks for everything.

We took our 2016 ford escape in for service on Dec 3 2019 We found the service department staff very proficient courteous and polite. Our problem on the car was solved in good time. Ruth Anne was very friendly and helpful with our situation and the mechanic went above and beyond. We are very happy with the customer service and had a good experience We will return to this dealership any time for further service and sales. Thank you .
