What benefits do you offer and when do they start?

  • Full-time team members receive benefits after three months, including: • Health • Dental • Paramedical • EFAP (Employee & Family Assistance Program) • Disability coverage

Do you offer retirement assistance or a pension plan?

  • Yes. Full-time team members are eligible for our 2% pension matching program, which begins after six months of employment.

Are uniforms and boots provided?

  • Yes. Uniforms are provided for technicians, and any team members working within the shop receive a boot allowance

Do technicians need their own tools?

  • Technicians need their own standard tools; however, any specialty or non-standard tools outside what techs normally own are provided by the dealership. Toolboxes or storage are also typically supplied.

Is the pay structure hourly or salary?

  • Compensation depends on the role — some positions are hourly, some are salary, and others include commission or bonus structures. Compensation is discussed during the recruitment process, so applicants have a clear understanding before starting.

What is the dress code?

  • Dress code depends on the department but is always clean, professional, and appropriate for the role. Team members are informed about the specific dress expectations during the recruitment process, so you’ll know what to expect before your first day. Technicians are provided with professional uniforms, which are cleaned and maintained by the dealership.

What is parking like?

  • Parking is available at all dealership locations for all team members.

What is the workplace culture like?

  • Our culture is built on teamwork, respect, support, and positivity. We want every team member to feel valued and connected.

Are there team events or social activities?

  • Yes, we host team events throughout the year, as well as location-specific activities that support team culture and connection. We also hold regular Town Halls Luncheons, where all team members can hear updates about what’s happening across the dealership, ask questions, and stay connected to organizational goals.

For trades and technical team members, we provide apprenticeship programs to develop hands-on expertise. For all team members, including technicians, we offer paid training within different departments, career development programs such as Dale Carnegie, and Ford-specific training and certifications for team members who are interested in growing their skills and advancing within the organization.

  • Yes. With multiple dealerships and a wide variety of roles, team members can explore different career paths across the dealership and throughout the group.
