This is my first time at this location. My first impression was amazing. The place was so clean and the staff was so professional and friendly. I got to meet the GM during my visit and he too was great to talk to. My vehicle was survived as promised and done within the 30 minute time limit. I cannot say enough about the dealership it was way above my expectations. I have been to a very dealerships over the years of owning a truck and this location is one of the best to deal with if not THE BEST I ever dealt with. Great service! I came to the River City Ford service center for an oil change and winter tire switch over and had a great experience! The staff were very friendly, professional, and thorough. The oil change came with a detailed inspection and they informed me that my oil plug was stripped and leaking. They ordered and replaced the part for free and everything was completed within an hour! The lounge/waiting area was clean, quiet, and comfortable too.

Had my first oil change done at River City Ford and it was a great experience! It was done in 30 minutes and they did a thorough inspection in that time as well. I have to say this is the most honest shop and dealership I've ever been to. Most places will take advantage of people and say they need all kinds of work done that either they don't need at all or won't need for a long time. They explained to me that there were a couple things to keep an eye on but they were very minor right now and I can get them done down the road if it becomes an issue. I will be back, thanks again!
